Monitoring
Our infrastructure provider is seeing signs of recovery, and continue to work toward full resolution. Call connectivity is now also recovering and we are monitoring the incident until we get confirmation of full resolution. We will update this page accordingly.

Investigation by our cloud provider shows issues with SMS and possibly call connectivity. We will continue to work with them to resolve this issue.

We've identified an issue with sending and receiving SMS that our carrier partner is currently investigating. We'll continue to update as they work towards resolving the issue with these delays.
