Update
We are seeing strong improvements in agents stuck in calls/statuses, but we'll continue to monitor until we're confident our recovery efforts are at 100% of affected users cleared. Next update at 4:30pm ET.

We are aware of an issue with some users being stuck in a specific status and have been clearing all impacted users. Any "stuck" users should be cleared once we've marked this issue as "Resolved". Next update at 2:30pm ET.
