We are observing a drop in Iberian call traffic caused by issues that are external to Aircall. It seems that several telco providers, particularly in Spain, are experiencing issues, as can be seen on https://downdetector.es/.
Although this is external to Aircall, our engineering team is closely monitoring the situation.
