We have identified an issue where new inbound SMS and new outbound SMS are displayed with delays in conversations history, despite being correctly received and sent on our network. We are working on a fix and will update the status of the issue within the next 2 hours. Once resolved, inbound and outbound messages received during the timeframe of the issue will be visible in conversations history.
