Following this week's incidents impacting call controls, our service provider will conduct urgent maintenance on one of their clusters.
Our service provider does not expect a substantial impact on users, however, there is a risk of sporadic occurrences of "Reconnecting..." warnings and the call button grayed out within this maintenance window.
The maintenance will be carried out with the following schedule: 4:00AM - 6:00AM UTC 2:00PM - 4:00PM Sydney 5:00AM - 7:00AM London 12:00AM - 2:00AM New York
