Our service provider has implemented a fix and while we have noticed some improvements, users are not yet able to consistently place outbound calls from the Aircall app. We will provide another update in 1 hour or as soon as more information becomes available.

Investigating
We are investigating an issue where the call button is grayed out, and users cannot place outbound calls from the Aircall app. This issue relates to an outage with one of Aircall's service providers. We will provide another update in 1 hour or as soon as more information becomes available.
